The revised Code of Ethics for the Chicago Board of Education was adopted on June 23, 2004.
Ethics violations are to be reported to the Ethics Advisor in writing. The Ethics Advisor, in conjunction with the Law Department, shall investigate and report on violations and findings to the CEO. All reports will remain confidential.
