Desegregation Modified Consent Decree Reports

As part of the Desegregation Modified Consent Decree, CPS has agreed to publish a number of studies, reports and guidelines that show how it is supporting the primary goals of the agreement:

• To establish and maintain the greatest practicable number of stably desegregated schools, considering all the circumstances in Chicago; and
• To provide educational and related programs for any Black or Hispanic schools remaining segregated.
