Overview
Across the district, we develop and implement programs aimed at helping the CPS community. Our goal is to continually launch new programs and initiatives to improve education for our students, parents, teachers, partners and the community.
One of those special initiatives, IMPACT, is designed to make information more accessible to parents online. Originally created as a tool to help teachers spend more time in the classroom and less time filling out paperwork, IMPACT is an online resource tool that stores all types of information about your student. Now, the portal will soon enable parents to have access to their child’s information 24/7.
IMPACT Gradebook Overview
This fall, Information & Technology Services (ITS) will rollout IMPACT Gradebook to all Chicago Public Schools. IMPACT Gradebook is a Web-based tool that allows teachers to take attendance, enter grades, and store information electronically. Gradebook makes student information more accessible than ever for administrators, teachers, parents, and students in the classroom and at home.
