The City of Chicago has announced a variety of special academic and social programs for youth this winter.
After School Matters, the Chicago Public Library, the Chicago Park District, and the Chicago Alternative Policing Strategy, in addition to CPS, are just a few of the local agencies hosting special programs and activities for youth throughout the city.
