Parent Support Centers (PSC) are located in each CPS Collaborative to help parents and families navigate the Chicago Public School System. The PSCs are designed to help parents who, after speaking with their child's teacher and principal, still need more information or a solution for their issue.
The five Parent Support Centers offer families quick and fair responses to a variety of concerns including student IEPs and conflicts within a child's school. Each call is assigned a ticket with a tracking number, and a Parent Support Administrator sees each ticket through to completion. PSCs offer a one-stop-shop for addressing questions and concerns within each Collaborative. CPS encourages families to take advantage of this valuable resource.
