Wellness and transportation

Wellness and transportation Your child’s health and safety is our number one priority. CPS is committed to ensuring that we provide a safe and secure environment for our students, teachers, parents and staff. But we can’t do it alone.

A child’s well-being is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important that parents stay diligent and informed about everything their child needs whether it be immunizations, dental checkups or how their child gets to and from school. Learn about the programs CPS offers to ensure your child’s health and safety needs are met every day and how you can make a difference.

Children and Family Benefits Unit (CFBU)

The CFBU works to ensure that CPS families receive those benefits to which they are entitled.
