Wellness and transportation 

Wellness and transportation Your child’s health and safety is our number one priority. CPS is committed to ensuring that we provide a safe and secure environment for our students, teachers, parents and staff. But we can’t do it alone.


A child’s well-being is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important that parents stay diligent and informed about everything their child needs whether it be immunizations, dental checkups or how their child gets to and from school. Children and Family Benefits (CFBU)

The CFBU works to ensure that CPS families receive those benefits to which they are entitled.

 

Minimum health requirements

Students must have proof of required immunizations and health exams before Oct. 15, or they will face exclusion from school. Learn more about our minimum health requirements.

CPS’ lunch programs offer nutritious, appetizing meals that will ultimately contribute to the growth and health of our students.
