Gage Park students participate in the AVID program to prepare students for a rigorous college preparatory curriculum including Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses and provides tutoring assistance. To ensure a successful transition to high school, a Freshman Academy was established. Career & Technical Education (CTE) opportunities are available.

Statistics Demographics As of 2012-2013, there were 749 students enrolled at GAGE PARK HS. 94.1% were low income Students. 17.6% were Special Education Students. 11.9% were Limited English Learners.
