Kilmer offers a Literature and Writing Magnet Program. A partnership with Lifeline Theater provides experiences in drama and reading aloud to primary, intermediate, and upper-grade students. The school has also partnered with the Ensemble Español Dance Company to provide Spanish folkloric dance instruction and with NASA to provide resources in science education.
