Lewis School offers instruction from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade that includes English as a Second Language and the continuum of special education service delivery models. Lewis School has established multiple partnerships to enhance the academic, personal, and social development of students as well as the increased involvement of parents.

Statistics Demographics As of 2012-2013, there were 559 students enrolled at LEWIS. 97.7% were low income Students. 10% were Special Education Students. 7.5% were Limited English Learners. As of 2012-2013, the largest demographic at LEWIS was Black. As of that time, this demographic made up 83.7% of the student population. The second greatest demographic was Hispanic at 14.7%.
