Stowe offers a Fine and Performing Arts Magnet program for art and music and offers Bilingual/English as a Second Language and special education services. Stowe partners with Wright College, Office of Cook County Assessor, Chicago Chamber Musicians, Latino Film Festival, and the Joffrey Ballet. Stowe was the recipient of the National Pride 2008 Academic Recognition Award.
