Hancock's smaller environment enables teachers to focus on developing individuals of integrity, knowledge, and character. Students at Hancock develop leadership skills as they partake in activities, community involvement, and a variety of programs designed to help them become competent and critically conscious citizens. The academic program includes special education, ESL and bilingual classes, regular- and honors-level classes in all core subjects plus Spanish language, and a variety of Advanced Placement (AP) courses are also offered.
