Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is excited to implement a Conflict Resolution professional development training course for Central and Network Office employees for managers of self. Featuring content from Crucial Learning’s Mastering Your Dialogue, this training offers tools and strategies to engage in difficult conversations with greater confidence in the workplace, managing the emotions in-play, understanding multiple perspectives, and making intentional choices around verbal and non-verbal communication.
