Critical Thinking

Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is excited to offer a Critical Thinking professional development training course, designed specifically for Central and Network Office employees who are individual contributors (managers of self). Featuring content from InfoPro, this workshop explores decision-making by developing and choosing options for impact, stakeholder influence, and utilizing diverse perspectives and data. This training offers a comprehensive approach to fostering critical thinking, suitable for individuals at all proficiency levels. Eligibility

  • Individual Contributors (Managers of Self)
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • In Fiscal Year 2025–2026, you may participate in up to two skills trainings OR choose one of the following: Emerging Leaders Cohort, NextGen Mentorship, or an external development program. By registering for this training, you are only allowed to register for one additional skills training through Lead with CPS.
