Critical Thinking

Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is excited to offer a Critical Thinking professional development training course, designed specifically for Central and Network Office employees who are managers of self. Featuring content from InfoPro Learning, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, this workshop explores decision-making by developing and choosing options for impact, stakeholder influence, and utilizing diverse perspectives and data.

This training offers a comprehensive approach to fostering critical thinking, suitable for individuals at all proficiency levels. Participants will develop essential competencies such as problem-solving, analysis, interpretation, and evaluation through:

  • Explore the mindsets of strong critical thinkers and reflect on current strengths and areas of growth
  • Strengthen skills to support questioning, challenging bias, perspective taking, and information analysis
  • Learn the Problem Solving Process utilized by effective critical thinkers
  • Apply the Problem Solving Process to a work scenario and increase preparedness to productively problem solve when returning to your team
