Approval and Posting of Proceedings

The Secretary shall affix his or her signature to the records of Board proceedings. Such signed records, when approved by a majority vote of the full membership of the Board shall be the official records of such proceedings. Within seven (7) days of the approval of such proceedings, the Secretary shall post the approved proceedings on the Board’s website for a period of not less than 60 days.
