Accelerate Institute's Ascend helps you grow your leadership team by developing APs, coaches, and other leadership team members into strategic, school-wide leaders. Through Ascend, your team will build the mindset, tools, and big picture perspective to make strong decisions, lead beyond their roles, and share the mental load of leadership.

Ascend Schools receive a full support plan with expert Accelerate Institute coaches to help them successfully build and execute the Accelerate Model for Cultivating Talent across their teams.
