Conflict Resolution Skills Training

Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is excited to implement a Conflict Resolution professional development training for Central and Network Office employees who are managers of self/individual contributors. Featuring content from Crucial Learning’s Mastering Your Dialogue, this training offers tools and strategies to engage in difficult conversations with greater confidence in the workplace, managing the emotions in-play, understanding multiple perspectives, and making intentional choices around verbal and non-verbal communication. Eligibility

  • Individual Contributors (Managers of Self)
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • In Fiscal Year 2026–2027, you may participate in up to two skills trainings OR choose one of the following: Emerging Leaders Cohort OR NextGen Mentorship. By registering for this training, you are only allowed to register for one additional skills training through Lead with CPS.
