Connected Leaders Academy is a training program which leverages McKinsey’s award-winning leadership development capabilities grounded in learning science to help organizations expand opportunity, improve talent pipelines, and unlock the full potential of people within the organization. Connected Leadership Academy consists of 3 main programs: Leadership Essentials (for Managers of Self), Management Accelerator (for Managers of Others), and the Executive Leadership Program (for Managers of Others).
