Courageous Conversations About Race Book Club

Courageous Conversations About Race book club inspires equity champions to explore the question: "How can I engage in courageous conversations within myself to better prepare for dialogue with others?" Each gathering aims to empower attendees with the assurance to foster Courageous Conversations throughout their professional and personal circles, while cultivating a supportive community of fellow equity advocates. Learning objectives:

  1. Reflect on the influence race has had on personal lived experiences and the experiences of colleagues
  2. Understand how the Liberatory Thinking dimension of the CPS Equity Lens connects to conversations about race
