This training is being custom made for CPS, designed specifically Central and Network Office employees who are individual contributors (managers of self). This course equips you with the essential skills to access and collect reliable data from multiple sources, laying the groundwork for continuous improvement. You’ll learn how to organize, clean, and prepare large data sets for meaningful, ongoing analysis that drives results and supports long-term goals. Additionally, the course emphasizes the importance of ethical and responsible data use, helping you frame effective questions, choose the right data, and interpret insights that lead to smarter, more impactful decisions.
