Data Analysis Skills Training

Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is excited to offer a Data Analysis professional development training. This training is custom made for CPS, designed specifically Central and Network Office employees who are individual contributors (managers of self). This training equips you with the essential beginner skills to access and collect reliable data from multiple sources, laying the groundwork for continuous improvement. Google sheets skills/formulas we will learn include: filters. AVERAGEIF, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS, COUNTA, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, VSTACK, and creating pivot tables. Eligibility

  • Individual Contributors (Managers of Self)
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • In Fiscal Year 2026–2027, you may participate in up to two skills trainings OR choose one of the following: Emerging Leaders Cohort OR NextGen Mentorship. By registering for this training, you are only allowed to register for one additional skills training through Lead with CPS
