Elevate Cohort for Mid-Career Managers

Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is launching a dynamic Mid-Career Managers Cohort designed for Central and Network Office leaders who manage people and want to strengthen strategy, deepen self‐awareness, and build high‐performing teams. Throughout the cohort, participants will hear from district leaders, gaining practical insights and real‐world guidance tailored to the challenges mid-career managers face. This cohort includes a Team Culture Report, 360 Degree feedback assessment, implementation planning with internal experts, and FranklinCovey’s The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership that a leader must master to be effective. Eligibility

  • Mid-Career Manager
  • At least 2 years of experience managing others
  • Minimum of 1 direct report
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • You can only participate in one cohort or external development program per school year. If you are accepted, this will count as your one professional development opportunity in a Lead with CPS program in Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
