Emerging Leaders Cohort

The Emerging Leaders Cohort is designed for Individual Contributors (managers of self) that are aspiring managers. Featuring content from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Speed of Trust, and the Clifton Strengths Top 5 Assessment, participants will learn how to be an effective leader and better understand how to lead from their strengths. Eligibility

  • Individual Contributors (Managers of Self)
  • More than 3 years in your current role at CPS required
  • Shown proficiency in technical skills
  • Rise rating of proficient or above
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • You can only participate in one cohort or external development program per school year. If you are accepted, this will count as your one professional development opportunity in a Lead with CPS program in Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
