We are excited to announce that Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is offering a professional development training course, Emotional Intelligence for individual contributors (managers of self). The Emotional Intelligence training offers insight into emotions, triggers, and behavior patterns. Featuring content from InfoPro Learning and an assessment in order to learn your EI score, participants will learn effective stress management, empathy, and how to use emotional intelligence to make balanced judgements. Through interactive workshops, role-playing exercises, and facilitated discussions, participants will gain valuable insights into effective communication techniques, and strategies for improved personal and professional outcomes in the workplace.
