Equip Cohort for New CPS Managers

The Equip Cohort for New CPS Managers is designed for new people managers and provides participants with the foundational skills essential to success within a new manager role. Participants will be with other new-to-their-role leaders as you problem-solve together and learn from each other. To learn more about the Equip Cohort for New CPS Managers, please click here.

Eligibility

  • Required for those who have managed the work of others for 2 years of less at CPS or any other organization
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • You can only participate in one cohort or external development program per school year. If you are accepted, this will count as your one professional development opportunity in a Lead with CPS program in Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
