Center for Effective Government Cohort (CEG)

The University of Chicago’s Center for Effective Government (CEG) Cohort will provide 20 senior CPS leaders with the tools to strategically, thoughtfully, and effectively lead the District’s mission. Participants will engage in seminars on leadership capacity, negotiation, persuasion, resilience, communication, and more, taught by leading University of Chicago faculty and experienced practitioners from the field.

Eligibility

Commitment to in-person participation for each class
Candidates should be passionate about their development within CPS
Candidates should not have any pending discipline
RISE rating of "Proficient" or above (if available)
