Managing Effective Teams

The Managing Effective Teams Cohort is designed for managers of others and empowers leaders to build cohesive, high-performing teams using Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team model—focusing on trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Leaders will also learn to motivate individual team members through Crucial Influence by Crucial Learning. Together, these frameworks strengthen team dynamics and drive collaboration.
