Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is committed to equitable and quality career pathways. Through three components: training, cohorts, and mentorship, Lead with CPS is scaling learning for our staff. The NextGen Mentorship program has a specific focus on diversity and inclusion to provide an equitable investment for emerging CPS leaders. The NextGen Mentorship Program is a structured skill-building opportunity to access development in an experiential way based on their professional goals and the mentors’ strengths.
