Project Management and Planning

We are excited to announce that Lead with CPS in the Talent Office is offering a professional development training course, Project Management and Planning. Featuring content from FranklinCovey’s Project Management For the Unofficial Project Manager, this program is designed specifically for Central and Network Office employees who are individual contributors (managers of self). The training will be facilitated by a Peer Trainer, a subject matter expert CPS employee that has customized this course for effective application and utility to the CPS environment. Eligibility

  • Individual Contributors (Managers of Self)
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • In Fiscal Year 2025–2026, you may participate in up to two skills trainings OR choose one of the following: Emerging Leaders Cohort, NextGen Mentorship, or an external development program. By registering for this training, you are only allowed to register for one additional skills training through Lead with CPS.
