Strategic Leadership

The Strategic Leadership Cohort is designed for managers of others that are leading or contributing to strategic planning for your team or department. Leaders will learn how to create and execute a unified vision, strategy, and goals through leveraging stakeholder engagement and data analysis, root cause analysis, development of a theory of action, and ultimately development and implementation of a strategic plan. Eligibility

  • Managers of Others
  • Leading or contributing to the strategic plan for your team
  • RISE rating of proficient or above
  • Cannot have any record of professional misconduct
  • You can only participate in one cohort or external development program per school year. If you are accepted, this will count as your one professional development opportunity in a Lead with CPS program in Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
