Teachers Supporting Teachers Coach

A Teachers Supporting Teachers (TST) Coach supports up to 2 Teacher Liaisons (TLs) from different Chicago schools. Coaches are high-performing teachers who have previous leadership experience (e.g. running a grade-level or department team). They believe that investment in human capital is the best way to enact change, understand that coaching is a dynamic process that is engaged in by all participants, and are committed to building equity in our education system.

Eligibility

At least 2+ years of previous leadership experience (e.g. running a grade-level or department team)
A belief that investment in human capital is the best way to enact change
A creative problem solver with a growth mindset
