Teachers Supporting Teachers Liaison

A Teacher Liaison (TL) is an educator who will lead a team of their colleagues to accomplish an impact goal (developed in conjunction with their principal)

Eligibility

Newly tasked with leading a team, has already been leading a team, but wants more formal training, or has an idea for an initiative they want to start
This is ‘teacher’ in name only–Any educator with least 2+ years of education experience
- *Deans, Social Workers, Case Managers, Bilingual Coordinators, School Counselors, SECAs are also encouraged to apply*
A vision for their area of focus (eg. Student Culture, PLC, MTSS, Staff Culture, etc)
Seeking support as they lead a team of their colleagues
A culture-focused team player with a growth mindset
