We are thrilled to introduce you to The Master's Degree in Public Education Management, our newest partner for Lead with CPS external sponsorships for chiefs.
About the Program
This 14-month tuition-free program is designed for early—to mid-career school system leaders with extraordinary leadership potential who wish to increase their impact in key K-12 systems. The Master's program allows students to earn a Master's of Management Studies while working full-time in large, urban school systems.
What You Can Expect
The program comprises in-person residence weeks on campus in New Haven and virtual sessions throughout the duration. Both in-person and virtual sessions are required.

Up to two CPS central office or network employees will be accepted to represent the Chicago Public Schools in the upcoming program.
This is a tuition-free program. Department budgets and personal contributions are needed to cover travel expenses (flight, room, and board). Lead with CPS does not sponsor these costs.
