The Board hereby delegates to the Chief Financial Officer and the Treasurer of the Board the authority to invest its school funds in investment instruments as authorized by law. The Chief Financial Officer or Treasurer of the Board shall purchase and sell all investment instruments on behalf of the Board pursuant to law and the Board’s Investment Policy.
