Regular Hours of Operation and Instruction

The specific hours of operation of an attendance center may vary to reflect the scheduling needs of particular schools; however, all schools must maintain regular hours of operation that provide all students with the minimum number of instructional work minutes per day specified by the Chief Executive Officer or designee.
