The mission of the CPS Office of Equity is to develop, support, implement and report on district efforts to eliminate the opportunity gaps in education quality, policies, and supports for students and adults.

    Initiate the Black Student Success Plan with input from over 60 working group members, 375 focus group stakeholders, and over 500 roundtable participants who analyzed data and shaped actionable plans to confront systemic inequities affecting Black students.
