OMME EL Student Reports Guidance
At this time, all EL student reports (i.e. Students in Program, etc.) will continue to reflect SY2025-26 data until the Aspen team has completed the SY 2026 rollover/updates of all English Learner/Bilingual Program student plans still in progress this week. Once this process is complete, we will provide an update to all users. Thank you for your patience!
Did Not Arrive (DNA) After Day 1 Follow-Up and Resolution Requirements
Schools are required to conduct outreach for students assigned Code 99. Schools must work to resolve all Code 99 students by the 20th day, document outreach in Aspen, and update Code 99 withdrawal records with the accurate CPS Leave Code. The Lost Child Process must be followed when whereabouts are unknown.
The Invalid Leave Code DQI indicate which students were assigned Code 99. Reference the SY27 Did Not Arrive (DNA) Code 99 Process Guide and DNA FAQ for guidance. For policy guidance, Reference the SY27 Memo #5 Did Not Arrive (DNA) Code 99 Process. For process details and support, contact studentoutreach@cps.edu, and for Aspen technical support, contact the ITS Service Desk (773) 553-3925.
