Grade Posting Window
The Teacher Grade Posting Deadline is Wednesday, September 17th at 5 p.m. Teachers can post grades multiple times in Aspen while the grade posting window is open, and grades must be posted to display on progress reports, report cards, and transcripts. - Thursday, September 18, 2025
Administrative Grade Review
The day before progress report distribution is reserved for administrative review of posted grades and reports. If an error is identified, Teachers can make corrections and repost grades on Thursday, September 18th, as needed. - Friday, September 19, 2025
1st Quarter Progress Report Distribution - S1 Credit Recovery (Evening/Saturday School) Sept. 15th - Dec. 18th (Session 1: Sept.15th - Oct. 25th - Session 2: Nov. 3rd - Dec. 18th)
Evening/Saturday School classes for active students are available (in-person) at various sites throughout the district for students to recover failed courses.

Grade Posting Window
The Teacher Grade Posting Deadline is Friday, October 17th at 5 p.m. Teachers can post grades multiple times in Aspen while the grade posting window is open, and grades must be posted to display on progress reports, report cards, and transcripts. School administrators can continue to post grades on behalf of teachers once the posting window is closed.
Updates to IEP Report Cards must be finalized in SSM before the 5:00 p.m. deadline. - Monday, October 20 - Friday, October 24, 2025

(Tentative) Q1 Summer Bridge Eligibility Forecast report availability Aspen Teacher Grade Posting and Branching Minds Intervention for Benchmark Grades (2nd, 5th, and 8th graders) & AC15 students: 2nd graders in reading and 5th & 8th graders, including AC15 students in reading, math, science, and social science data as of 10/17/25 (5 p.m). - Past grades may need to be recorded manually in Aspen for students entering the district for the first time. For existing CPS students who experience schedule or homeroom changes between grading periods, it may be necessary to merge transcript records to ensure accurate final grade calculations, including for summer eligibility forecast reporting.
- Student who have modified promotion criteria on their IEPs and have met the criteria are not required to attend summer school.
