  8th grade students attending an Academic Center, as described in the Board’s Admissions Policy for Magnet, Selective Enrollment and Other GoCPS Schools and Programs policy, are enrolled in a high school and taking high school level courses and therefore are not subject to the requirements of this policy, and the deadlines for grade entry for summer school eligibility do not apply.

  High Schools can generate report cards for 12th graders at any time after grades are posted for 12th graders. Class ranks will not be available on report cards until Monday, June 1st.

  Aspen Class Ranks computed for regular posting schedule high schools at 5pm (ITS)

  Any high school interested in a later date for computing class ranks can request to have them computed on Saturday, June 6, 2026. All Grades must be entered for those schools by Friday, June 5, 2026. The request for an alternate schedule must be sent to the Office of Education Policy and Procedures by Friday, April 17th (policy@cps.edu). Final report cards and transcripts would then be available on Monday, June 8, 2026.

  *Preliminary High School Transcripts do not contain Second Semester Class Rank. For seniors who are eligible for graduation, the spring semester CPS graduation date (June 4, 2026) will begin appearing on high school official transcripts on May 8, 2026. 

Final Elementary School Transcripts are available anytime after final grades are posted for all students.

• All ES & HS are required to print and file transcripts and (for HSers) the Student Standardized Test Score Report for all students who graduated, transferred, or withdrew during the 2025-2026 school year. This task must be completed at the end of each school year as part of Year-End Processing.
• Print end date: Friday, June 12, 2026, by 11:59 a.m.
• High Schools that have implemented the alternative grade entry schedule must print all transcripts starting Monday, June 8, 2026 (after 6:00 a.m.), and complete this task by Friday, June 12, 2026, by 11:59 a.m.
