Employee Benefit Days and Paid Excused Days

The Board shall establish sick (including short-term disability and maternity), parental, personal business and vacation leave policies for employees, other than substitute teachers and part-time/seasonal employees, which shall set forth rules for the accrual, accumulation and payout upon termination of employment of sick, parental, personal business and vacation benefits days. The Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee shall have the authority to grant paid excused days off to employees.
