Employee Safety and Health

The Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee shall establish an occupational blood borne pathogen exposure control plan, review the plan at least annually and update the plan when necessary and further may establish any other plan necessary to comply with applicable regulations and standards that serve to protect employee safety and health.
