Dialogue for Affinity Groups
Intends to to give people with similar racial or ethnic backgrounds an opportunity to talk about equity and racial issues.
In Session 1, Step 3 of the process, participants explore their identity to articulate new insights into individual beliefs and barriers (p. 7).
