D91 superintendent takes a knee during Pledge of Allegiance
Board president expresses her hopes as a black woman and leader
At the District 91 meeting on June 11, held via Zoom, Superintendent Lou Cavallo took a knee during the pledge of allegiance.
Later, he spoke about his decision to do so.
