Student Outreach and Re-Engagement (SOAR) Center

The Student Outreach and Re-Engagement (SOAR) Program is a Tier 3 intervention within Chicago Public Schools’ Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. SOAR delivers intensive, individualized support to help students overcome major obstacles to their education and stay on the path toward graduation.

Student Outreach and Re-Engagement (SOAR) links high school age youth and families with targeted support needed to address the fundamental issues driving lack of engagement in school. For students identified as acutely chronically absent or disengaged. SOAR provides direct advocacy and resources to help them successfully re-enroll, stay connected, and graduate.
