Staff Vaccination Requirements for SY21-22
Our school communities’ health and safety is our top priority, which is why we’re requiring all employees to be vaccinated by October 15 (with the exception of those with certain medical conditions documented by a healthcare provider or certain sincerely held religious beliefs).
Employees without an approved medical or religious exemption who are not fully vaccinated by October 15, 2021, will be ineligible to work until they are fully vaccinated and provide confirmation of vaccination to CPS.
Additionally, all fully vaccinated staff must provide proof of full vaccination by October 15. Don't have your vaccination card or immunization record? Learn more about how to access your vaccination information.
