How the Pieces Fit Together
Effective leaders build trust and a clear plan so teachers and principals can work as one team. Collaborative teachers share ideas, plan together, and support each other to meet students’ needs. Family engagement allows parents and caregivers to be partners in students’ learning and the school’s decision making.
