A Message from the Principal

Little Village Elementary is a neighborhood school that welcomes and empowers all students to grow as global citizens. We address students’ social-emotional needs while providing a culturally responsive program that nurtures both academic and personal development. Our inclusive, safe, and student-centered environment values every voice and celebrates diversity. Selected to offer a Dual Language program, Little Village Elementary promotes bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural understanding, preparing students to thrive in an interconnected world. As an authorized International Baccalaureate (IB) World School for grades 6–8, we provide students with rigorous, inquiry-based learning experiences that foster critical thinking and global awareness. Designated as an Illinois Horizon School to Watch, Little Village Elementary is nationally recognized for its exemplary educational practices.
