A Milestone in Achievement

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Nurturing Teacher Leadership program, a partnership between the District and the Chicago Teachers Union to enable our educators to earn this prestigious credential. Since then, CPS has produced more than 2400 NBCTs, the third highest number of NBCTs of any district in the nation.
