Transition Rate

Transition Rate Enrollment measures the percentage of students who enroll in a CPS school setting after leaving the detention center.

Transition Rate Persistence measures the percentage of students who exit a detention center school, re-enroll in a CPS school, and remain enrolled until the end of the school year or graduation, whichever is first.
