A Message from the Principal

Rogers Fine Arts School endeavors to meet the academic, social and emotional needs of every student by implementing culturally responsive, arts-integrated curricula that celebrates creativity and differentiates instruction for all students in an inclusive learning environment. Our students can reach their highest potential through individual contribution and collaborative group efforts. Parents, teachers, students, community members and alumni working together will make the difference to help guarantee success for the Rogers Fine Arts School family.

The vision of Rogers Fine Arts School is to instill in our students a life-long appreciation for the Arts. Rogers strives to help students reach their highest potential through schoolwide creative and imaginative learning that values individual self-expression and the diversity of our school community.

Rogers is an ethnically, culturally, and economically diverse neighborhood school currently serving over 700 pre-kindergarten through 8th grade students. Our goal is to provide students with an environment that will allow all of them to reach their maximum potential, to learn to think critically, and to find joy in learning. Our auxiliary classes include physical education, performing and fine arts, technology, and library. We develop kind, empathetic learners and leaders. Our students regularly meet and exceed standards and many receive entry into selective enrollment high schools.
