A Message from the Principal

Orozco Gifted Bilingual Fine Arts and Sciences Academy is a selective enrollment elementary school in Pilsen. We pride ourselves on giving all our students (Pre-K and grades K-8) a well-rounded education with the integration of art, science, and Spanish instruction as well as accelerated and differentiated curricula to support our gifted students. We serve a diverse community and our academics, facilities, and extracurricular programs reflect that, from athletics and choir to mariachi and gardening. Our Mission: Orozco provides students with an engaging, personalized, and culturally relevant school experience through our Gifted Bilingual instruction and Fine Arts and Sciences program. This includes social-emotional resources and a wide range of extracurricular activities. Orozco works collaboratively among all community members to support students holistically and individually for college and career success. Our Vision: Orozco students are part of a rich mosaic in a changing world, inspired to become reflective, innovative, and compassionate leaders through our Gifted, Bilingual, and Fine Arts and Sciences learning.
